Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
We only offer returns on unopened products purchased within the last 15 days. All return requests must be received within the 15 day window starting from the day your order was delivered.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the return, we will process a refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on wholesale orders unless the product is damaged.
Substitutions
Only damaged and defective products can be replaced. In such cases, please contact our support team at info@entengifts.com along with forwarding any pictures of the defect / damage. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We cannot offer replacements without any proof of defect / damage.
Depending on your location, shipping dates for replacement items may vary.
Product exchanges and refunds due to incorrect and inaccurate addresses on the original order are prohibited, as the buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate and timely shipping information.
entengifts.com is not responsible for these types of errors and each buyer is responsible for doing their due diligence in this matter.
Replacements are limited to the original order. No replacements are made based on the brand, strength, design or color of the product.
To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase, along with other details such as your order number, full name and email used to contact you.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted and any refunds made are based on the company's sole discretion. entengifts.com reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns in the event that the product is returned in unsatisfactory condition.
The address is in no way responsible for return shipping costs and all return postage is the responsibility of the returnee.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received the returned item along with approval or rejection of your refund. This may take 1-3 business days to process.
Refund Policy
Your refund for product returns may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on how quickly the financial institution processes your request. Refunds will include shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase.
